Certainly the greatest exposure to risk for Australian residents travelling overseas is posed by an unforseen accident or illness. Such an event can have a devastating financial impact, due to the high cost of hospitalisation and medical services in many countries. The CHI Rescue and Medical policy, whilst budget priced, offers unlimited worldwide emergency medical assistance with the added bonus of (limited) dental and personal liability cover. Premiums shown are for travellers up to 70 years of age at date of application. Please note that existing medical conditions are not able to be covered under this policy.

Qantas Frequent Flyer members can earn one Qantas Frequent Flyer point per dollar spent on various World Assist Travel Insurance policies, including the Annual Multi Trip Travel Plan. This plan includes business and leisure cover, with generous luggage and personal effects insurance suitable for trips within Australia and to all overseas destinations.The annual policy provides cover for a maximum of 60 days for any one trip.
Cost of 12 month cover is $525

Paid a deposit on your holiday but not wanting to pay for full insurance until closer to departure? 
By taking a 5 day policy you can cover yourself now for the possibility of your trip being cancelled. Deposit Protection Insurance covers up to $2,000 (single) or $4,000 (family). When you pay your final balance the amount paid for the 5 day policy will be deducted from the total cost of the insurance for the trip. The following 5 day premiums are for travellers to 70 years of age and vary according to destination.We will be happy to confirm the applicable rate for your destination.
